The Rectangular Glass Conversion Backboard is designed for easy installation on existing frames manufactured for fan-shaped backboards. With a 42” x 72" dimension, this backboard is made from 1/2" thick tempered glass and has a full steel conversion frame that ensures compatibility with various mounting bolt patterns. Its versatile design meets NCAA and high school requirements, making it suitable for different levels of play.

Compatibility
- Mounting Pattern: Fits units with a 20" x 35" (508mm x 890mm) bolt pattern.
- Applications: Suitable for frames manufactured for fan-shaped backboards at 35” c/c x 20” c/c.
- Rim Compatibility: Must be used with a front-mounted rim such as LO-B62, LO-B63, or LO-B65.
- Safety Padding: Cushion edge padding must be applied to the bottom edge of the backboard to protect players (Backboard padding kit is not included).

- Frame Material: Aluminum frame constructed of .200 extruded "F" channel with steel corner brackets.
- Glass Thickness: ½” fully tempered glass.
- Finish: Durable gray powder coating on all steel components.
- Goal Mounting Holes: Standard 5" horizontal and 5" vertical centers.
- Additional Features: Vinyl shock-absorbing material insulating the glass from the frame, and cushioning pad between steel mounting plate and glass.
Safety
- Canadian Standards: Welding is conducted in accordance with The Canadian Welding Bureau W47.1.
- Precautions: Installer must ensure the frame and attachments are capable of holding the extra weight of the glass backboard.
