• A customer service leader and a group of customer service representatives (CSR’s) that monitor our call center to assist with orders or answer questions about order status or products.
• A designated website e-commerce CSR who monitors and supports our web sales.
• Product Managers who support the CSRs and assist with communication relating to product knowledge, important product information or recalls.
• Real-time tracking of your order, tracking with bar code scanning and tracking tied to our ERP system that can be accessed by all of our customer service staff.
• Picking up, packing, shipping, (our production department orders are all tracked internally).
• Shipment tracking numbers are stored electronically and are quickly retrieved on request.
• Our showroom is now open on Saturdays from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm to serve you better.
